After filling out the info online, we were given an offer of $3,000 for our car. Once we got there, the offer was cut in half. Very disappointed and felt like we were misled. Carmax says they don't negotiate. That means when they negotiate a lower offer, they will not let the customer negotiate, even when they just did!

Office was not prepared. Salesman was good, but prep and delivery was terrible. Detailed ruined factory window tiny, and gave a lame excuse. I’d still consider using them again, but now I know the Columbus office is not managed very well.

Social distancing and masks at all time and they sanitize cars
Online shopping or in-person shopping would be the way to best answer that question. You can probably call and speak with a rep and they can give you an idea of what they have if you know what you're looking for.
I'm sure they do but if you're paying cash try a auto auction , you can get a better car for less money !
Their hours is 7:30-6 M-F.
Just stop in. If they are busy you may have to wait, but I've been twice and was helped right away both times.
The salesmen there drop the ball all the time at Easton.
