To be honest, I've had the opposite experience. Mar-Val employees have been gracious enough to lend me their phone when I didn't have a correct password to my credit card. Every employee that has passed me while shopping, has said hello, if I need something they have taken me to the correct aísle. Even when they're extremely busy, having a good attitude towards them will get you a smile. Sorry you had a different experience. I've never been sorry that I went to Mar-Val.
