Let's Unpack This
Called to get my mother a transport chair and was advised it wasn't covered. Confirmed with insurance that it is covered with a PA. Did a conference call with a young lady again who said it wasn't covered. I let her know the insurance company was on the line. The insurance company tried to explain how to get it covered. The young lady just kept speaking over the agent saying how it wasn't covered. I can't call her rude but she certainly wasn't pleasant and it definitely didn't help that someone was in the background saying "NO NO!". Very unpleasant experience especially seeing how I'm getting this for my mother who just had a stroke. I also needed a host of other things they sell but I will buy them elsewhere. Maybe these ladies were having a bad day. I know was after speaking with them!. ****Update**** my calls are recorded and if anyone cares to hear the truth I'm happy to share. I was never rude. I spoke to one person the person who answered the phone. As I stated there was a person in the background speaking and the young lady who answered was speaking over the Aetna representative. Calling me rude just shows how this person thinks seeing how I'm the one calling them for help. What I DID DO was tell the Aetna representative never mind ma'am it's not that serious I'll go elsewhere said thank you, disconnected the call (it was pointless) and came to write this review. Bottom line the person did a poor job of explaining. It's sad because instead of seeing me as trying to make them do something a kind person would have seen me as one who had heard good things and wanted to work with a long standing store. Some people see the glass half empty *shrug* Also I spoke to Aetna Customer Service 7/15/22 7:27AM and they said they would NEVER apologize for a member especially if they weren't on the call to hear the conversation. They wouldn't speak on the account. Nice try but no. So now I see you aren't only inconsiderate but you're also lying. Not cool!

Was told on the phone the prior authorization went through...it had not. Showed up for drugs and they said give us 100 bucks..The guy on the phone denied everything...lies..management would not accept responsibility and told me to take my business elsewhere..awful people working there n ownership will screw anyone for a hundred bucks in his pocket
