Bad experience. My wife bought a pair of boots for my son, since they didn’t have his size in-store they would need to be ordered and delivered to house. That was 3 weeks ago and boots never showed up. My wife went today to the store to inquire about the order and cashier saying that they have been delivered. We have surveillance video and no package from carters has been dropped of only regular mail service. Cashier refused to give refund or reorder boots for my wife. We clearly never received anything from them and are now out the money my wife paid for my sons boots. My wife really liked shopping from carters but given the recent experience with them, this will be the last. Bad experience. Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
