Anyone can buy a unit there, but tenancy is subject to park approval and you must meet certain age and income requirements and agree to certain regulations. And units must be owner occupied. For example, you must be 55+, you cannot have more that one small dog or cat, you must meet minimum income requirements of around 1,600 i believe it is. It is best to contact your realtor to view the available units. There are a few right now and stop by the office to meet and greet with management and start the application process. Good luck!
