This place has gone downhill! The staff is rude and soooo slow. It takes forever to get your food. And once you do, they don't even actually give you your whole order! So you call to try and figure it out and all they do is pick up the phone and lay it down somewhere. I tried calling FOUR times. Unbelievable. Worst service in the capital area. You're better off eating elsewhere!

You can't even eat inside the wienerschnitzel the dining room is closed I'm handicapped I have epilepsy I cannot drive vehicle I had to walk through to order my food I told him it was very unprofessional of them now allow me to open the door to order to eat outside in the patio.

I came today at 9:20 p.m and they both were having really bad customer service they had an attitude and were lagging to accepting my payment and didn't want to hand me my lemonade freeze and when they did it was all melted. When they finally took my payment they were rude about it and they also didn't come back to give me my receipt so I couldn't ask for their names.
