I think I will change clinics because the times I have gone there has not been a Spanish translator .. I have been very bad with a pain and they only give me medicine and I am still the same. They don't send you to have an ultrasound or some other test. I still feel bad.

Unprofessional. The Spanish lady at the front desk is so rude. Had to go back because they lost my results! Called once and the lady told me to call Metairie bc I went there. I hadn’t been to Metairie in I’ve 8 years and had recently been to the Kenner location twice with the same year. I also got blood work done there, went back to get blood work and they tried to send me to quest! The only reason I went there was bc it was a one stop shop. I knew they took blood there bc I already had it done! Worst clinc ever.
