Store sales Manager Gail Agnelly was demeaning to me when I called with a complaint with an overbearing sales associate named Marta. Marta would not leave me alone to look in peace, I called Gail to complain and she said she was sorry I "mistook" Marta's behavior. She actually blamed me for this and was condescending with her attitude and words !Totally unacceptable to blame me, the customer, for feeling harassed. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.
