I am making a blanket and my puppy ate the ends off of my circular needle. So I got a metal one and started to pick up stitches, but I don't see so well, and my hands are not cooperating! Is there anyone I can pay to get those stitches on the needle?

I would say most likely they can steer you in the right direction. However I would go into the shop with the sweater and ask. Some knitters collect in the shop and maybe someone will do it for you.
