Came in to return a product. Have a receipt the cashier name Sunshine asked the manager for approval because over certain amount. Cashier did not like that and said outloud Why people buy stuff they do not need? I told her miss that is not of your bussines. Really. None of your bussines. Manager name Tina did not say a word. Cashier so rude same as manager. Lack of customer service. Cashier is the one with the fake eyelashes. Someone please let her know she looks ridiculous.

The sandwich artist aka deli employee was over the top decent and accommodating. During the busy lunch hour, let me add. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure I was taken care of and a happy customer. I'll get her name next time I'm in the store to add here. Overall the store is always very clean & every one of their employees that i encountered seemed friendly. I don't visit this 1 very often but when I do, I always drink Dos Equi's beer. Stay thirsty my friends. Lol

I had forgot to order my daughters cupcake mermaid tail cake and it's the evening before the party. They say we do over night orders. I'm like great will take one for tomorrow at noon. Baker was we don't take orders till 2. I was picking out sheet cakes with the kid and they call out to me, we will have it ready by noon. That's amazing service and saved the day! Thank you publix. Made a great presentation at the party
