I'm sorry to say I did not have a great experience. I had concerns about not being able to fill the prescribed medication on the day of the surgery (pharmacy said they didn't have it...), but was assured it wouldn't be needed. I spent 6 hours in excruciating pain after the surgery. And of course you can never call the office directly when you have questions - you're routed to an operator who has no idea who/where you are. I was treated for nearsightedness and 6 months later I now need glasses for farsightedness and an astigmatism. But I will have to wait up to 12 weeks to even see if I am eligible for "re-treatment" (which, given how it went the first time around, I'm not even sure is worth it).

Everyone at the facility is very nice. They have same day surgery in some/most cases and they have financing. My eyesight is currently 20/15 (which is the best it can be) and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

My eyes are still blurry. I was a -4.75. I got the eye correction and still cannot read the signs of the road. WAY too expensive for me to not be able to see. Also, now that I looked into retreatment, you have to go to an outside optometrist ($) then go to LASIK Vision Institute and pay $100 for them to check your eyes and decide if it’s medically necessary to retreat. Which, if you’re just a little blurry they say it’s not. So now I just paid thousands of dollars to still wear glasses and contacts.
