I just went to pick up my pizza after I ordered and paid online, and they said they had no record of my order even though I paid for it. I ordered from the correct location just like I always do a few times a month, but nope. They claimed to not have my order. Even better, they expected me to pay again if I wanted to reorder the pizza!!!!! The man I spoke with was totally condescending and talking down to me like I was a child. He got loud with me and didnt even act like he was sorry for what happened.This place has awful service, and I'm sad because I love their pizza. I will never be going here again. I have bought so many pizzas from this place, and I was treated horribly. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Ordered deep dish pepperoni , onion and green pepper and a thin crust sausage, onion and green pepper. I'm more of a deep dish guy , but I enjoyed both pizzas. We didn't try any apps or salads, so I can't comment on those. Service was excellent as well. Will definitely go back.

Not bad. Not great. It was my first time ever having Giordanos, so I was pretty hyped up, and well it was kinda underwhelming. The thin crust had very little sauce. It was almost like eating cheese bread. The famous Deep Dish was decent, but far from the best in Chicago. Probably not even in my top 10, tbh.The flavors are kinda just "meh". I'd buy it again, but probably no more than once every few years or so..
