Update: Once I posted the review below, Brad, the sales guy that sold us our vehicle contacted me immediately and got everything submitted for cancellation. Thanks again Brad!! They are quick to sell you all the extras, extended warranty, gap coverage, and protection plans but they drag their feet when you try to cancel. Been conversing to get the process started and have gotten one return email in a week. Only giving 2 stars because ours sales guy Brad was 5 stars when we purchased the vehicle!
