No longer have wait staff for a more personal experience. Chili did not taste like it used to. Not the Steak n Shake I remember.

Had no waitresses. Had to place ur own order and go up and get it off the counter. But Food was good

Staff was fine but fries were way smaller than it used to be. The birthday cake shake wasn't the same as it used to be. It used to have cake peices in it. There was not any servers you have to order and pay before you eat. Then they call your number like a fast food restaurant. Made a lot of changes, none for the better in my opinion.

Very clean very fast service..food was hot and very friendly staff in the drive-thru definitely a great place for lunch .I will definitely return here in the future

For what? She did nothing wrong. It wasn't about Trump. It was about disturbing a business. Plain and simple. She was in the right. I'm not sticking up for Trump (Trumo if you don't believe in spelling) supporters, but she was not in the wrong. At all. I believe they wanted her to come out after they had already been asked to leave once.

I saw the entire video as well. I think that got blown out of proportion. He was selling things (yes, Trump merch) at another location that was owned by whomever owns steak n shake property as well. He was told to leave that location by police...(trespassed) so he came to steak n shake to eat but the manager couldn't serve him because he had been trespassed from the property already. Whether she is for or against Trump does not even matter. He was trespassed. So she could do nothing other than what law requires. And there were questions about if the guy even had a permit from the city to sale merch. I'm not sure on that one.
