If you've never had a license, then yes, chances are you will have to take classes and a test, pretty simple common sense stuff, but for the driving test youll prolly have to provide the vehicle to drive the block, as to where to take them, im not very sure cause with covid the dmv stopped doing alot of different things, my advise is to find out what time the dmv opens and start calling them like 5 mins early back to back till like 30 seconds before they open and like 15 seconds after time makes its mark start calling again, if you follow those instructions, you shouldnt have much of a problem reaching them, otherwise fat chance you may never get through less they expanded the calling center, i hope that helps

I did when I got mine...almost 20 years ago lol. I don't see any reason you shouldn't assuming you pass the written and driving tests and also have proof that you completed driver's ed (if that is required).

You just need to go and bring a picture ID or school ID, your birth certificate proof of residence, and also your driving school information like the paperwork that they give you.
