Super rude and judgemental nurses and doctors. Didnt even actually look at my concers and dismissed my problem before even entering the room. I came in with burns and they didnt take that into consideration when taking my blood preasure on a burned arm and making me put a mask against my burned face. I will absolutely never get "care" at this location again.

I've given this hospital a bad review in the past based on 1 doctor, who may or may not even be a regular there. However, wanted to take the time to update my thoughts. I had to go to this hospital for a very painful infection on March 10th. The staff here took me in and took care of me as quickly as they could (I could hear several other patients in pretty bad pain or sickness as well), making sure that my pain was under control and I was being communicated-to often. They moved me to surgery after a CT scan and made sure I was comfortable the whole time before, during, and after. I asked a lot of questions and expressed a desire to go home after surgery (even after gen anesthesia) and they made sure to treat me like a person, answering my questions and honoring my wishes after I had completed 3 physical requirements to make sure I was well enough to leave. This experience was the best I could've had from any hospital. Sometimes the doctors are tired, busy, and I'm sure the hospital has had ups and downs with staffing like everywhere else right now, but the people here make it work and in my case did it all without sacrificing quality. When I had a bad experience in the past, I took time to express it, so I wanted to do the same with the really great experience I had here yesterday. Thank you all for your timely and decisive help! I feel much, much better now.
