If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Mistreatment, endangerment, and neglect to the point of elderly abuse is the pitiful representation of "care" this facility has given our family member. The willful deprivation and failure to provide essential human care, abandon the prescribed treatment plan, and neglect to report health changes of an infirm family member by the staff continued even after family intervention and meetings with supervisors. I am not sure the Quirk family truly knows what goes on behind the doors of their facility; still, it is shameful to mistreat our Louisiana elderly and infirm patients in the manner our family member has received.
