Inefficient, rude staff, know one knows what's going on. Friend admitted on a Sunday, it wasn't until Wednesday that they cleaned his room and gave him a toothbrush. In addition, they never left a pitcher of water at his bedside until day three when he asked for a glass of water. And he’s a fall risk, and when he buzzed for assistance to go to the toilet, no one ever comes. When talking to the administration they are always shocked and surprised that these things are happening. It primarily seems to be a problem with the nonnursing staff.

Special thanks to head nurse Carole and Activities director Nancy and all the aides and staff. I'm not going to lie and say every tiny thing works smoothly, nursing care is the toughest job in the world, especially during Covid. But on the whole this is an extremely good facility, and also has nice grounds and rooms larger than average. Carole and Nancy deserve special thanks!! UPDATE I WILL LET THIS RATING STAND FOR NOW but if you're looking to this facility pls be aware that head nurse Carole is no longer there. Family of residents were not informed of this and she was usually the ONLY person who kept in touch with me about anything. Knowing she was there and always reachable was a HUGE comfort. This is no longer the case and families haven't been told who we need to contact about what. Will update when I see how this transition goes. An enormous LOSS for this facility.

My mom had fallen and broken her hip a few weeks ago and just got discharged yesterday (September 7th 2021) Her insurance only allowed her 20 days For rehab this facility was able to get her up and moving to the point of being independent with her walker with PT and OT coming in five days a week for those 20 days. They are amazing Carole is great she’s sweet And takes her job seriously and gets back to someone in a timely manner. All the hospital did for rehab while she was there was pivot from bed to her chair or walk a few steps and that was it I give all the credit to this rehab facility the therapists there OT and PT joke around they tell her when she does a good job they told her she did A++++ They are very encouraging she had to be on the quarantine floor for 10 days since she came from the hospital due to Covid which I completely understand once she got off of that floor and got put on the other floor everyone bent over backwards for her they helped her they show that they care and that they loved their job. There’s so much more good stuff I would like to say but this is long enough as it is and I would like people to take the time to read it LOL

All day anytime

My mother-in-law is at Harrington court due to a fall. She told me that a man was in her room demanding payment in a very loud voice, she did not know his name only that he's in charge of finances for Harrington. Is this behavior appropriate? No!

There is no man in finance. What wing is she on? I have friends that work there and my mother in law is also living there
