I’m visiting from WA state with the military. Got in touch with the manager Tim and have been enjoying working out at the gym. Good sized facility. It feels more tailored to the weight section than the cardio side. Thanks ANYTIME FITNESS!

I went on Saturday 21 Mar 2020 with my friend to this location and he had an issue with his key fob not working. The manager that was on duty was very nice in helping us and verified he was a valid member and even stated it was a weird case that his key fob was active and showed him checked in but wouldn’t allow him in. The manager allowed him access and said it should work from now on and even stated he would leave a note for his manager as well for Monday. My friend and I went back to the gym the next day and the issue happened again. He showed his key fob and I scanned in and he followed me in. I was under the impression that it was taken care of or was the same way as it had been the day before. On 24 Mar I received a call from the Gym manger who was not the same one as Saturday and as soon as she called me her tone was aggressive. She was also very rude and kept cutting me off trying to make it known that there was a charge associated with letting random people in. I informed her of the situation which she cut me off several times and told her that her tone was not very welcoming which she laughed and said that’s just how she is. I do understand policies and was not aware that a note was an option otherwise I would have done so. However the way that manager came off was not okay and especially during a time like this where businesses are having to shut down and customers having to wait until they reopen makes me take it as if she honestly doesn’t care. It makes me not want to refer any of my military friend nor family back to the only club that is open at this time and rethink my decision in keeping a membership.
