Terrible place to go the management is horrible and they overcharge for everything! This place is useless and a waste of your time never go here!

always a pleasure coming to AGL.friendly fast service.

I would first just like to say, I am not the type to sit down and take the time to write a review(positive or negative). AGL on the other hand has gone above and beyond every single time I have reached out, leaving me questioning whether a review can even do their service justice. I work at an Emergency Hospital as the Facility Manager and we have been using AGL for years, little did I know how much I was taking their service for granted as I would just shoot out an order via email and Sergio would be there the very next day, or if emergency delivery was requested, a driver would be on site within 2 hours(99% of the time it was less). I would only need to order when our On-Site Oxygen generator was down; either for maintenance or for power failure, so I never truly knew all they were capable of until recently when our company relocated. The corporate team for my facility was attempting to figure out, the most efficient way to relocate our Oxygen Generator and keep our current Hospital up and running. I will say that there were a lot of ideas tossed around and a lot of experts involved but no solution had been truly met. I knew the issue was Oxygen related and being that I only had a couple points of contact in regards to that. I figured why not reach out to AGL and see what they can at least suggest for me or if they could refer me to someone who can help. I received a call I believe that day from Jerry Sheehan, who is the Medical Account Manager NJ/NY. Jerry had asked me a question that I was not expecting as I did not know this was in their scope of work, he had asked me “Keith, when is a good day for me to swing by so I can help you out and get an idea of what our best solution is?”. I believe we set something up for the next day and Jerry arrived on site, we walked around our current facility and then we went over to the new location… He assured me in my time of stress, he has solutions and he went into explaining everything, understanding that my terminology on the topic was limited, he took the time to explain each acronym used and never once made me feel bad or ask what that mean (I believe he could read my face when I was stuck on something I didn’t fully understand) this was an extreme weight being lifted from me as Jerry had been the first person to invest his time and knowledge to ease my burden. I must say, I thought after this first challenge being overcome there was no way I was going to throw him another curveball like that. I was wrong, and as someone who constantly receives business phone calls while I am not at work I will say that Jerry never once sounded bothered or irritated when I reached out, He is a very humble man for the knowledge he has and over time I feel as though he deserves to be credited for each one of his efforts. The timeline for every solution was within 24 hours unless I needed it within the 2 hour (usually less than) Emergency Delivery window. I put my emotions to the side for a little while during our transition but I always feel terrible making someone who is “On-Call” after hours, come into work. I know the pain of saying “If you need anything call me” and then they do… so I never want to be “That Guy” but Jerry and the whole team never made me feel bad or try to talk me into waiting until Tomorrow. They all know the scope of work we do and knew we were all in it together to help save our little furry friends so running out of critical medical gas was not an option. We have not been in our new building for more than a month and my stress levels have not dropped yet and I am still going through and dealing with extreme stress, but I no longer feel I am completely alone. My driver is Sergio and I have even informed AGL, He is the most uplifting and dedicated guy I have had the privilege of meeting. Sergio has always been my sigh of relief. He has approached me as a friend, and I will admit we have not always provided accommodating conditions as far as accessibility and he always has kept his spirits high and never hesitates to go above and beyond.

Great place to get filled CO2 tanks! I had bought my own tank from a third party and all the other places gave me a hard time and wouldn't even consider letting me swap the tank out. But these guys were fantastic! They were willing to look at the tank to make sure it met specifications and then let me swap it out for one of their branded tanks for a small fee. Gary was super helpful and answered all of my questions and made it an easy experience. I definitely recommend using these guys for all of your CO2 needs, be it for home brewing or filling those seltzer machine CO2 canisters ;)

Yes you can but you must call jn your order
For oxygen and acetylene, you need a deposit on their tanks, then you can swap out as you please. Takes 4 weeks for deposit refund. They don't have a simple tank rental setup. Not sure on co2, you'd have to call.
