I brought my Ford to Schultz to troubleshoot multiple warning lights. I waited three weeks for an appointment. I dropped my car off, and they didn't even look at it that day. What's worse, they didn't have the courtesy to let me know that I needed to arrange transportation the following day. After troubleshooting my car, they concluded that they didn't want to do the difficult repair and sent me on my way with multiple safety systems malfunctioning. Fortunately, a neighboring Ford dealership made my car a priority and provided the level of service I expect as a repeat Ford owner. I hope that my most recent experience is not indicative of how Schultz Ford cares for Ford owners.

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair and we could not be happier -with the purchase and working with Luis Madera! Luis answered all of our questions (I had a lot!) and was so patient. Everyone we dealt with from Sales to Service was amazing! The gentleman that explained all of the cars features the day we picked it up was amazing too, but I cannot remember his name! I was overwhelmed but he made the process fun and easy! We would definitely go back in the future! If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend Schultz Ford Lincoln - AND Luis!!!
