We had an amazing experience with Captain Caleb and first mate Gino. Thank you for making our day perfect!! We had a beautifully presented breakfast and they were so accommodating. We will definitely come back.

We decided to treat ourselves for a birthday/Anniversary private sail around the NY harbor. This sunset sail was absolutely beautiful and totally exceeded our expectations. Thank you Caleb and Gino for a wonderful evening.

Questions & Answers

We're coming for an afternoon sail. What should I wear?

Hi Makayla, we recommend dressing comfortably so you can explore the boat with ease. Wear sunscreen in the afternoon. Our sailboat has a canopy "bimini" which provides plenty of shade but the sun is strong in the summer. Don't worry about fancy footwear, we're a barefoot boat in warm weather. If you come for a Sunset Sail or City Lights Sail, you might want to bring a sweater. Out on the water, the temperature drops slightly in the evenings. We also have plush blankets onboard. We look forward to sailing NYC with you! - Captain Martin

What sightseeing will we get to do during a sail?

In a 2 hour sail, we sail down to the Statue of Liberty and explore the New York Harbor. Here the sky is so expansive with uninterrupted views of the Financial District, Brooklyn, New Jersey, and Staten Island all the way to the Verrazano Bridge. Then we sail back to Chelsea Piers past Tribeca, West Village and the Meat Packing District. Longer sails (3 to 8 hours) offer more time to explore the NYC urban archipelago, more time to sail with the wind and water, more time to relax outside with the sun and sky. Sailing NYC is the only experience that both let's you escape the city and brings you ever closer to it's true beauty.
