I let a friend use my card for a one time charge to cover the cost of a rental. They ended up nickel and diming him, and when he went to pay, regardless, they told him they couldn't take HIS payment and would put it on my card, even though he said not to put it on my card. I called and told them I DO NOT authorize it, and basically was told "too bad". So I'm hoping I stopped it with my bank in time. I find it HIGHLY alarming that instead of taking money from the customer in front of them, they are ok with taking it from the card of a person who is not there, even while being told they don't authorize it.

Had to be the best uhaul rental or any rental for that matter. I was in and out in 15 mins on pick up and return of the equipment. Staff was amazing and the location had many selections of vehicles and trailers. On pickup and return the guys the had me hooked up and unhooked in mins. Kudos to the whole operation, Rc

Intense Extremities

Wanda, Ryan, and Vince helped me get an auto hauler for an Audi that I bought in Reno while I was on vacation. They were very friendly and respectful. I believe it was Vince who noticed my bent rim on my truck. Could of easily balanced it to make a quick buck but told me it was bent which shows their level on honesty. Thanks guys!
