A CD was apparently used for the musical entertainment, with each Trak being repeated umpteen times. After repeated complaints from various guests, the music was finally turned off. Then you could hear the air conditioning as a very unpleasant strong chirping of crickets. The staff said you could leave the lounge. Thanks for this tip. Quality control is obviously asleep.

Nice lounge, wide variety of soft drinks and alcohol (referring to the last reviews, they have the alcohol licence). Food could be better but it’s OK, enough to get by. The staff is really helpful and nice except the stuff at the front desk, they could be nicer.

The range of food and drinks is surprisingly good. There's a changing room, really great. Access to the aircraft is directly from the lounge, otherwise only available in Dubai. The lounge is too small, hence only 4 stars.

We are flying first class with SATA do you have an agreement with airline or May we purchase a day lounge ticket as offered in Europe? Regards Mary

Hi Mary. While we do not have an agreement with Sata, you may purchase a lounge pass (currently $49 per person) at the reception desk of our lounge. Depending on which day, our lounge opens between 1 pm and 2:15 pm and closes between 9 pm and 9:30 pm. See you then!

How is the food and beverage selection currently? I will be visiting in July and I was wondering if the restrictions have been lifted or not? Thank you!

Hi Luca. We are working our way back to normal, you can currently expect a decent food selection including sandwiches, salads, hot selections and soups. Sadly, for the time being we are not able to offer any alcohol as the licensing process on the governmental side is taking far too long. We hope that by the time you travel in July, we will be back to normal fully. See you then and thank you for your interest!
