Needed to exchange a dress and lost my receipt. The store clerks were very helpful and even helped find an another one just like it. The exchange was smooth no hassle. Great customer service!!

First time at this Kohls in Gainesville,GA. I was there to 1. Drop off an Amazon return and 2. Look around to possibly make a purchase while I was there. Upon walking in the store, no one at the register, no sales associate at the front jewelry counter buy the register area, no sales associate in men's, no associate in house wares, walked to the back of the store and finally found the area for the Amazon drop off. One associate back there but was pretty simple. A scatter of a few shoppers back in that area. Still no sales associate seen walking to the front of the opposite side of the store by the women's department. Needless to say that I continued out of the store without making a purchase because of this. I will continue to drop off my Amazon there though.

It was ok. I had a return from Amazon. I looked around and could not fine anything I liked. The lady at the return desk was cool. It took like 15 seconds to get it done. ☺
