Drive through was backed up so I went inside, my order was taken fast and I received my to go order quickly. Order was accurate and food was hot, fresh and delicious.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences with this Hardee's are always so pleasant I felt I had to share this. Michael who I normally see in the drive-through is always very nice and truly is service with a smile! They do a great job here and is one of the better fast food places in Rome when it comes to the service. Every time I have been here the staff, no matter who it is that serves me, are always very nice and do a great job!

Haven't been to a Hardee's in 10 years, I drive up to the drive-thru excited to try something I loved as a kid. Only to be greeted by Chris the manager who delivered answers to my questions with short pompous responses that borderlined condescension. I asked if I could speak with the owners of this location or their a number to log a complaint. He sat there for 3 minutes on his phone only to look back at me and says I think there's something on a website. I hope the owners of this location see this because I would not want a gentleman like that representing my organization
