It has been an awesome experience with Blue Sky within the past 9 months. I was able to learn more about my nutrition than I ever knew before. It was an eye-opening experience. The counselors were exceptional in guiding me to this new life that I now have. I have been following their plan and have lost 50+ pounds. When I first came to them, it was a struggle trying to lose this weight. But once I was taught the value of nutrition and how different foods were triggering my appetite to eat, it was a game changer. I began to change my behavior and eating patterns and saw how great I felt without starving. I've been able to do more physically as well as balance my eating/cravings. Special thanks to Diann, Holly and Stephanie just to name a few of the staff members that have impacted my weight loss journey. They will never know how appreciative I am of how they make me feel each time I walk into those doors. I would recommend Blue Sky to anyone who is needing to break this weight loss cycle and become a better version of themselves.

So far so good. Things are still new, but I’ve lost 6lbs already.

I have been debating for about a year on writing this review... Lets start with the pros: the staff have always been super nice and the lab tech has never struggled with my horrid veins Cons: me and my husband were referred by a male friend who also had low T. While we understand that the two men have their own cases, there was major info that was told to both men but it was contradicting or it was left out entirely. The one man that was not worried about having more children was given all the info about protecting his fertility while the man who planned to have kids was given zero info about preserving his fertility. Now that my husband has gone to a different and highly recommended doctor, he found out all his concerns were symptoms of having way too high of a testosterone dose. He is now on a fourth of the dose that he had before. As a woman in the practice i was basically told pellets were my only option at $250 a pop. And at my appts i was noticing that the different physcians i would see were giving me conflicting information. It differed when i was told which numbers were important to look at with my testosterone levels and made me very concerned as the patient that the doctors in the office were on completely different pages. When i decided against getting pellets again to see if my body naturally produced testosterone again as discussed in my original consult, it became a terrible experience. It became a sales pitch. All the reasons as to why nothing other than inserting another pellet was going to work or help and feeling super pressured to continue my hormone therapy. After that appt myself and my husband wrote off any future interaction with blue sky. We later found out the referring male friend had also been having bad experiences and left for another office for his hormone therapy.
