Was going to get a room, only to be told no pets. Was at store asking about other hotels and was told that Franklin in is a pet friendly place. Also if ur not pet friendly then you should take it off ur Webb page

The proprietors were very nice to us. We stayed there for a week while our house was being finished. I would highly recommend this place. Reasonable rates.

There are mice in this hotel. I understand there cheap but I'd recommend staying else where. I did inform the people who work there and all they brought was a sticky trap so apparently they are well aware of it to keep them on hand. Wouldn't even put us in another room.
