Short story long. My daughter goes to UGA and was recently "stuck" at a medical building when the car she drives failed start. Next day I drove over from Lawrenceville to assist her and hoped that it was bad battery or a bad battery connection. Come to find out it appeared to be the starter at fault. Now Dad was stuck with daughter. A google search for a local mechanic showed a Pete's Mobile Mechanic. I sent a text and I got a return text almost immediately. Pete showed up within 20 minutes and determined that it was the starter that was a suspect. He pulled a booster out and we managed to get the car cranked up and we followed him to his place of business. Pete got the car fixed and running a day later. Professional job done and Pete and his staff were extremely friendly and personable. Good local folks. Thanks Pete!

Pete's Mobile Mechanic is a straightforward quality shop. Pete answered all my questions and said that I could bring my vehicle into the shop or they could come to me. I appreciated the value and the honesty of the mechanics. Will definitely be taking all our vehicles to them in the future.

Pete is the best! I'm a student at UGA and have used him twice now. Today, he replied within the minute to my text, came promptly, and fixed my issue. Super knowledgeable & reliable. Can't recommend him enough. Thank you!!!

I called Pete in the morning for help with my car, and he was out to my house in a couple hours and had the car running in no time - even in the pouring rain! I wasn’t home, so he just sent a video of the completed job and my car running again. Such a great experience that could have otherwise been a major hassle. I would not hesitate to use Pete’s Mobile Mechanic again!

They'll give you an estimate free over the phone if you know what's wrong with your car. If you don't it's a $49 diagnostic fee for them to come out and figure out the problem before they repair it. 😀
Yes, they even put a new carburetor on my 1970 F100 truck. Runs so nice now!! Thanks Greg!!!
We have time on Thursday to come check it out. Go ahead and send me a text at 7064502525. -Pete 😁
We have done a few transmissions in customer's driveways but usually we bring the vehicle to our full service shop at 1095 West broad Street and put it up on a lift. Much easier and ceaper for the customer as well!
