Applebees used to be one of our easy go-to dinners because of the variety it offered for families. However, over the last 3ish months the quality of the food has declined significantly. They forget to add or remove ingredients. If you do take-out they forget to send your drinks or salad dressing. Chicken is rubbery, pasta is hard and dry, salad is brown and wilted. Don’t waste your money on higher prices for lower quality food. If we try Applebees in a few months and they get back on their game I will be happy to revise, but lately all they do is give you poor quality food.

We called y’all. Sat on hold for 25 minutes. By the time we hung up it was 9:20. When we arrived to make an order to go, the lady at the front desk told us she doesn’t place to go orders after 9:30.. we explained that we tried to call and order but she straight up refused our service unless we sat down to eat. I almost did and then asked for Togo boxes. We walked in there at 9:32pm. We won’t be back because of your staff.

Food was good but the service was far from great. We went in for an early dinner, place was pretty much empty. There were more employees than customers but still had marginal service 🙄. Will I go there again? Yes if I were hungry with no where else to eat!

Attempt #2 at a RARE steak...STILL MEDIUM WELL! For $17 for lunch, you should be able to get the temperature right at least 1/2 times
