I have had a family member at this facility and they were not taken care of properly, sat in a soiled brief for 11 hours. The nurse didnt give my family member their meds multiple nights in a row. When the CNA addressed the situation, the nurse replied "they were sleeping when i made my round". Totally uncalled for. The very same nurse forgot to order the pain medicine THEN withheld it from the resident because "it wasn't time to have any yet (after the meds were ordered it took at least 12-24 hours for them to get to the facility meaning the resident was way past the okay hour to have them, 12-24 hours plus the hours that passed by that she forgot to order them. I did not waste my time or breath calling the facility because the administration does not care and is very rude. They do not know how to run a facility and they FOR SURE don't know what's going on in the facility. This place is TRASH. Pretend i gave them no stars
