Everyone in the store is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to provide customers with a satisfactory experience. I had a MacBook Air that needed a new screen. The Apple store told me they couldn't do anything to help but the Affordable iStore not only found me a new screen at a reasonable price but did it in a speedy, reliable and affordable manner. The owner Trent follows up with all the customers personally and displays a level of customer service that doesn't seem to exist anymore. Highly recommend!!!

I stopped off at the store on Lake Michigan Drive NW to check out the health of both my MacBook Pro and iPad and to dispose of some outdated equipment. I was able to dispose of the items and get both the laptop and iPad checked out on the spot. Battery life was OK on both, and we discussed expectations of future Apple updates and support. After discussing this and getting a quote, I decided to "bite the bullet" and change/add a new solid state hard drive on the Macbook Pro as "future proofing protection." Staff members were knowledgeable and friendly, and I found the recommendations to be very upfront and reasonable. I would recommend Affordable iStore for all questions, concerns and service related issues.

Hello! We have decided not to pursue the route of being an ACR, and instead have chosen to be fully third-party. This allows us much more flexibility in devices we can work on, pricing, and more in-depth service, as Apple does not allow Certified Refurbishers to work with units beyond a certain age range. Actually, we do teach classes here. Our AIS One program covers anything and everything Apple including pro apps like Logic and Final Cut. We schedule classes in a one-to-one format for $49.99 per session. Session lengths are 45 minutes and include notes to take home for reference. We hope to see you soon for a class!
