Well I was a little happier this time than I have been in the past they got everything right they were very polite but for the 4th or fifth time I had to ask for my debit card back they took it but they didn't give it back when they gave me the drink I had to ask for it, I'm not quite sure where they get these people that work there but you can train an 8-year-old to do that job correctly so I'm not sure why they hire these people cuz they are not capable of concentrating and paying attention and staying on task it's a little bit disappointing

I ordered ahead through the mobile app. When I arrived there was no one in the drive-thru. I pulled up to the window and was asked to pull forward because my order wasn't ready yet I complied. I watched several cars go through the drive-thru and leave. Then someone asked me to pull up more. Finally after 7 or 8 cars had left almost 15 minutes, I received my order. 4/16/22 - I don't even know why I try to get fast food anymore. Two orders of biscuits and gravy and two orders of seasoned potatoes. I received only one order of potatoes.

Absolutely the rudest people in this place. I'd drive across town to another Wendy's. It's not even that good of food but find another Wendy's to eat at unless you want to be treated poorly.
