Just about every time I come to this UPS Store it’s an issue.Yesterday I mailed a prepaid package from this facility that need to be to the receiver next day.The customer service agent said that I would have to pay before scanning the prepaid label on the package (she was wrong) I asked her for a receipt of the transaction.Today UPS rung the bell and gave me the package that I needed the other party to receive.. The reason of going to the store and waiting in-line to be assisted is so that it’s no room for mistakes..
