Rents a “Water Slide” inflatable that has no water connections without telling anyone this is the case. So you have to makeshift a way to put water on it to save the day. And worse than all that, isn’t responsive to the issue. Don’t waste your money here.

Awesome company! The bouncy house/water slide was a huge hit with the kids. The set up was super fast and they even dropped it off early to ensure it would be ready on time.

Thank you, Now It's a Party. I rented a bounce house for my carnival party and they were excellent. Professional service from scheduling, delivering, to setting up the bounce house and taking it down. Text messages letting you know they are near. The bounce house was very cleaned and safely anchored. The kids loved the fact that it was a wet slide with a pool at the bottom and inside was a clean, fresh bounce house with the options to play basketball inside. I would highly recommend Now It's A Party to anyone in need of a bounce house rental. Again excellent service. I give them 10 stars

Didn’t have the best experience. First, we weren’t able to pay with credit. I tried to on my phone and was texting the owner who told me to hit the pay with cash button. My husband tried to pay with credit on our computer and he ran into the same “issue”. Fine-we will get the cash out. I text the owner we were booked and asked what happened if there was rain-do we cancel will they come? And he ghosted me completely. Two days before the event we got a text saying they’d come Friday between 9-6. Six came and no one contacted us or showed. My husband text the owner and a while later he said he would check with his crew. Another hour past and he reached out again to owner. After a while he sent us his work crews number. They told us they would be there by 9pm and they were great. They still had two other stops that night and said they may take Sunday off so they may see us Monday. Sunday came and they showed up with no notifications at all. The lack of communication was frustrating. On top of that struggle, the bounce house was dirty. The inside was fine cause the workers toweled it off but the slides and pool area and outsides and tarp were muddy and disgusting and not just from sitting over night.
