Upon arrival at my home, I found the heat was not working. It was a very cold and windy day, so the lower level (bedrooms/baths) was quite chilly. I discovered the thermostat had completely quit working. It was late in the day, but Hoy was able to get a tech out early the next day. He came to check out the failure and readily diagnosed a bad thermostat. Luckily he had one on the truck. He replaced the failed unit and within 30 minutes the system was back working. Jeff was very pleasant, professional and proficient. I appreciated getting his assistance, especially on a cold winter day!
