Beware, this facility is billed as if it were a hospital but it's listed as an urgent care facility. They never explained to me I would be billed as if this were an ER hospital visit--I went in for a possible UTI and all they did was a urine culture and I was billed over $600 and additional bills keep coming in. In addition, they charged me $125 for an unnecessary pregnancy test and never once mentioned they were performing a pregnancy test or asked if I could be pregnant. There was no xray or any test preformed that warranted this kind of test. When I called the billing department the woman was incredibly rude and started telling me that there are "emergency" signs outside so it was my fault I didn't know this was going to be billed as a hospital ER. It seemed like she's used to having to explain this.

Great group I went there for a tick bite I'm 38 weeks pregnant not due yet at all told them I had symptoms from having a tick stuck to my skin for 3 days They checked with "they're best magnifying glass" said there was nothing when I watch the bug go deeper In my skin couldn't take it off still told them I had symptoms they sent me to hospital for labor when I explain lyme disease like symptoms just looked at me like if I was full shh** And girl nurse didn't know how to do ultrasound she admit to my face she didn't know what she was doing I don't know I just feel like you guys could have done more because both places let me go didn't tell me what to do about the tick going in my skin or what to watch out for nothing at all so I have to sit here with a tick bite feeling super sick, pain and pregnant Thanks so much for nothing
