Placed an online order and never received confirmation of order or shipping status. I've emailed and called the store and have yet to get any sort or response. They happily took my money and did not ship a product. Total scam of a company. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Follow Up: After several attempts to contact the business over the phone and through email with no answer I placed my review. Upon completion of this review I attempted one last time to make phone contact. This last attempt was successful. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and apologized for ignoring the calls as they were shown coming from a business. Unfortunately the item ordered online was not available and they could not fulfill my order. Despite the difficulty in getting ahold of this business and my item being unavailable I was impressed once contact was made. The woman on the phone (who I can only assume was the business owner ) quickly refunded my purchase and then went above and beyond to try and source the original item. As a small business owner myself I know how important reviews can be. I have modified my original rating to reflect the superior customer service I received after making contact with the business. Thank you for correcting the issue and may your business continue to flourish.
