A 20 minute wait in the Drive-Thru and never got my food it took too long It was it was the worst

Sometimes it can be VERY crowded. This time it wasn't bad. They messed up the order, and good thing I checked, but they fixed it after I went inside (I was in drive thru). The staff are generally decent.

Our Order was prepared correctly and our food seemingly looked to be prepared hot and fresh so no complaints there. However, I tried their new promotional sandwich combo with tomatoe and lettuce. The combo came with 2 sliders, fries (onion rings) and a drink. The sandwich was so salty, I took one bit and immediately loss my appetite. I didn't want anything else but something to drink. I ate a few more of the onion rings but ultimately gave the rest away. I was disgusted. I went home and went to bed. The dining room was clean but behind the register looking at the fryers, that area was disgusting. I told my daughter then, I'm never coming back to this one. Bc if they don't care that the customer can see how nasty this area is (right up front), I can only imagine what disgusting things go on in the back where we can't see.

Disappointed to the max! While I had a terrible experience at another White Castle 10 minutes before I had a not so good one with this one either! After waiting more than 10 minutes to place my order I had to wait an additional 10 minutes after I received my food to get my milk shake!!!! Not trying White Castles anymore when I come to Chicago!!! Disappointed
