This Hospital including Dr are a shame.I’ll never put a feet in this ER again

Insane wait. Been here 4 hours and still no doctor. My father has a skin tear and even before the doctor sees him they order an x-ray. For no reason. Waste of money and time. Go to Huntersville Novant. Much faster and better service. ----Also we had to return last month with Dad for low blood pressure (assisted living facility sent him here) and they mixed up his medications and his chart. Also had his name wrong on the chart. Just really unprofessional and dangerous facility.

I was referred from their own urgent care facility by one of their physicians who called ahead and told them and cleared it that I needed to be seen quickly and asap. This is at 2:30p.m. I finally got triaged at 6:30 pm and seen the doctor at 10:30 pm. This is totally unacceptable with my medical history and not being a regular walk in. Something desperately needs to be done concerning this E.R.

Wife was sent in by her doctor with acute pancreatitis. In six hrs was offered nothing to relieve pain was seen by a triage nurse and when I questioned if she would see a doctor the security guard bullies me and told me basically to wait. Awful emergence
