Absolutely nightmare! If your flight is delayed which is beyond anyone's control, they won't come pick you up! Not only that, they would not refund your money either. Unacceptable!!

I hate to even give one star but I have no choice. I booked the shuttle service to pick up my parents from the airport. Their flight was delayed and woman on the phone told me they don’t have a driver for the new pick up time. Not only that, they kept my money and simply said “no refunds”. NEVER USE WISLA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.
