Bad reviews for neg customer service? Never had an issue with customers service. But that water fountain is really nice in front. Water works is ON IT! I've got to give five on that! Just so everyone knows... The water in Summerville is one of the best in the US!

Whoever I spoke to today to check if my payment from yesterday went through was so rude - there was so much back round noise of people laughing and shouting in the back round- i told her I couldnt hear bc of the noise and she said that I " was calling a business" i told her and i understand that - thats why im telling her bc im trying to conduct business with her- the lady overtalked me from the begining of the conversation- i hope they record their lines so the supervisors can see who they have addressing their customers - I also asked if I could ask one more question and she said "what" ? im like?? so no cust serv skills are needed when addressing the public - no please , thank you , sure?? and im never late ? This wasn't a collection call. I feel very sorry for those customers that do have an issue - I mean I understand they had system issues the day prior but this was totally unacceptable. I hope their mgmt reads this so they can get a better picture of the treatment they are giving .

any chance you went during lunch? I have never had that issue. in addition, you don't have to pay for water Nathan, you pay for clean water that facilities are built to provide. who is supposed to provide the expense for those infrastructures if not the citizens that use the resources?
Same here I watch my bill very close to make sure they do charge me in the long run
