Somehow or another I didn't properly program...with an appropriate address, emergency calls on this phone. Need to do it, 'cause my online incident reports won't take and the reward $ will buy me a brand new car. But @ Speedway, Sunset Blvd., SC around one, my sister and I were robbed. An attny. Will allow me to contact special needs trust and I have couple of bottles of skunk essence in storage but I sure miss the retired Chief of police...and he explained I can go before city council to have ya' ll fired.

City of West Columbia, SC needs a safe, simple app for customers to make their payments and other things. The site they use for payments is not safe and doesn't work most of the time. This is very aggravating when trying to make a payment online.
