It would be nice if their employees were paid a wage that would constitute showing up to work or at least putting a sign on the door stating them being closed at 11:50AM. Do better.

Went to this store early in the morning to get some birthday stuff for my daughter. The lady at the register was having a full conversation on the phone with some else. The person on the phone was talking about somebody else skeeting on somebody else. The employee than says I don’t have my headphones today….I said thank you she says nothing back. (Lady had dreads with gold hoop ear rings with tattoos down her arms)

I went to the store to get a pool towel. I purchase a 5$ pool towel and a pool ball for 6.25. After going to dinner my family, we decided not to go to the pool again b/c it was getting late. So I went back to return the pool toy for another towel. When I walked in it was a young soft spoken African American man working the front. He was the same young man that rung my items up. He had a line and I went to the back and grab another 5 dollar towel. I got to the front to do the return, the young man said he need to get the supervisor to do the exchange or return. The young male came back out ands said the the supervisor can't do it right now. I asked why and he shrug his shoulders. I then stepped aside and started saying sir aloud to see if he would come out from the back. He did not. I stood there for a few more minutes and walked out of the store. I pulled off and turn around and went back to the store. I walked in and placed the 6.25 pool toy on the counter and picked up the 5 dollar towel and told the same cashier that I'll do my own exchange and that the store owes me 1.25. I also said that this will be reported. Still no supervisor and I walked out. I do understand that many companies are having a labor shortage and perhaps he was on his break or it was a long day but this was not good!
