It’s not even worth the money to live here. They only have 1 dyer and 1 washer per building. The people at fitness center never wear a mask even though there’s a sign on the door that says you have to wear a mask. I’ve been dealing with rat problems and the people who are suppose to do something about have done nothing about it.

I'm thinking about renting here, but I'm a little skeptical about the apartment. Is the apartment as nice as the "model" apartment you are initially shown? Is it freshly painted & professionally cleaned from the prior tenant?
