Very poor customer service

This place has really gone downhill over the past few months. I can't speak to the retail side, but the print/ship center has become a joke. I've got a side hustle, and I was shipping between $600-1000 month in freight using FedEx. A policy change eventually went in to place where the packages I ship would be "too long". However, I was told by several employees that since I "ship so many things", I could continue doing so. Today I went in, and was told I could not ship an item due to the package being "too long". Disclaimer: this package was well within the restrictions, but I just got fed up and left. It's a situation that depends on who is working at the time on whether or not I can actually ships something. Pro Tip: If you create an internal policy, that's completely understandable, but the fact that some employees ignore and some employees enforce is just frustrating.

Wow. OfficeMax has really gone downhill since I last visited a year ago. 2 items that I purchased rung up incorrectly and I was told that I was in the wrong. Had to show the cashier the big sale tags on the shelf. Used to do all of our back to school shopping here. Nope...not doing it anymore with those prices.
