Lately when I've shopped in this store at Pinecrest Plaza in Southern Pines the employees are so unfriendly, I was in there yesterday 6/25/22 for about 30 minute's looking and trying on shoes never did anyone ask me could they help me and it was 3 employees there just standing at the register. I did purchase some shoe's but my word to people is IF YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC and GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MAYBE You Need Your Own Business, It's so EASY to Be NICE and Treat People the Way you would Want to be Treated! Always the Money the Customers Spend pays your Salary and you're not doing us a FAVOR! It's called Serving OTHER'S which is a Great Thing try it I guarantee it will make a difference in this WORLD!! And do it with a Smile and Sincere 💜

Selection was okay, and we were greeted as we walked in, but trying on a pair of shoes is impossible, since they only have a single shoe in a box. Will stick to my local store, where this isn't an issue.

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
