We are a commercial vehicle and we got a flat while on a job We spoke to Tina and she did everything in her power to get us in and out asap. The whole team had us laughing and smiling by the time they were done. They turned a very stressful experience into a wonderful time. Thanks so much to everyone there. Bought Douglass Tires 18 months ago and 6.000 miles later iv had two holes in tire so return to walmart to buy two new tires and have them put the tires on rim's that I brought with me well it was double what i paid 18 months earlier I was talking to the woman working the counter I told her its terrible to have to buy two new tires after only 6.000 miles and 18 months she asked what tires did you buy I told her the Dougless all season She says that your problem those tires are Junk .Then why are you selling them to customers if they are junk .she walked away another thing I took my tires home put them on the car and they put the weights on outside so hubcaps didn't fit correctly. Unbelievable.
