Our mail carrier, Missy, will find any reason not to deliver any package that doesn't fit in our mailbox. She does not deliver if it has recently rained, she has reported our empty mailbox as being full as the reason to not deliver a package too big for the mailbox to the house. I was in the post office when the postmaster called her to track down my package. She said the reason she wont deliver our packages is because we have security cameras and stairs ( our house is elevated). The latest notice , on this warm sunny day, didn't even give a fake reason why she didn't delivet the package. The worst part is that the packages contain supplies for the care of my newborn an 19mo. So I have to have childcare in order to go pick up my package since my spouse is currently deployed.

Most disrespectful and rude post office ever! Customer service is terrible! The staff doesn't understand respect and is not sensitive or fragile with your items. Your mail is slammed, thrown and not handle rrsponsibly!

Take the package to your post office explain that you've requested several times that your packages be left on the porch and not in your yard because of the meds ,that they were ruined and you'd like to file a claim for the lost of your package as it is unusable.speak only with the supervisor.hope this helps

Write deceased on the mail and put it back in the box for your carrier. It may take awhile for companies and carriers to catch on. Otherwise, you can contact individual utility companies, or credit card companies individually to update their files.
