Bought a new vehicle 4/6/22. I don't always have the best experiences at McLaughin Ford. I honestly thought I would never purchase from this dealership. My list of reasons is pretty long. But I will say, Harold kept his cool, from the first time we talked, till the last. The delivery and paperwork process was perfect. They did not waste my time. Mrs. Carol in the finance department was very pleasant and thorough. But all the praise to Harold for closing the deal. That I thought would never be made lol.

Worst dealership on the planet. Markups unanswered phone calls. Switched my deal with management issues and now stuck paying $100 more, truck damaged. Found out they sell all their products and huge markups, tire and wheel for hundreds it’s two hundred dollars, called and I don’t even have it. Shady top to bottom. Steer clear. Trust me, worst experience from every single department.
